Provide L2/Tier 2 technical support
Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
Resolve escalated incidents within SLA
Manage & update ServiceNow tickets
Perform RCA for recurring issues
Support patching, upgrades & change management
Required Candidate profile
L2 IT Support experience
Knowledge of Windows/Linux
Active Directory experience
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools
Strong troubleshooting & RCA skills
