This position is responsible for driving site-wide compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and Danfoss global EHS standards while fostering a strong safety culture. The EHS Manager will partner with site leadership to establish EHS strategies, achieve business objectives, maintain ISO certifications, oversee facility maintenance activities, and engage employees in creating a world-class safety and environmental program.

  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, workers' compensation reporting, corrective actions, and near-miss reporting to reduce risk and prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs, maintain training matrices, and ensure employees receive required safety and compliance training.
  • Collaborate with site leadership, employees, vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies to drive EHS engagement, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee facility maintenance activities, site security programs, and ensure critical EHS operational controls are effectively managed and maintained. Support crisis management activities and serve as a key point of contact during environmental, health, safety, or facility-related events.
