MARKETING-MANAGER

GESTALTE MIT UNS DAS FRISEUR-BUSINESS DURCH:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von operativen Marketingplänen
• Optimierung von Marketing-Kampagnen für eine bessere Zielgruppenansprache und Personalisierung
• funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit von Vertrieb, Education und internationalen Teams
• Initiierung und Überwachung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung
• Traffic Generierung via Paid Performance Marketing Channels (Display Advertising und Social Media Advertising)
• Begleitung von PR-Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Sichtbarkeit und Brand Awareness
• Analyse von KPIs, um die Effektivität von Kampagnen zu bewerten und Verbesserungspotenzial zu identifizieren
• Gespür für Branchentrends, um Marketingstrategien kontinuierlich zu erneuern und zu optimieren

MIT DIESEN FÄHIGKEITEN BRINGST DU DICH BEI UNS EIN:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Marketing-Erfahrung im Bereich Konsumgüter oder einer verwandten Branche
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien
• Beherrschung von Marketing-Analysetools, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Adobe
• Fähigkeit, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu bewegen und unter Druck Ergebnisse zu erzielen
• Fließend Englisch (in Wort und Schrift), die Beherrschung von Französisch ist von Vorteil

About The Role

This role is under our premium hair extension brand – Kevin Murphy Germany and we are actively searching for our next Marketing Manager on a Full-Time basis.

MARKETING MANAGER

SHAPE THE HAIRDRESSING BUSINESS WITH US BY

• Developing and implementing operational marketing plans
• Optimizing marketing campaigns for better targeting and personalization
• Cross-functional collaboration between sales, education and international teams
• Initiating and monitoring lead generation strategies
• Traffic generation via paid performance marketing channels (display advertising and social media advertising)
• Supporting PR initiatives to improve visibility and brand awareness
• Analysis of KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify potential for improvement
• Sense for industry trends to continuously innovate and optimize marketing strategies

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH US:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in consumer goods or a related industry
• Experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, competent use of MS Office and Adobe programmes
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is an advantage
