- Erstellung von Reports, Analysen und KPI-Auswertungen
- Pflege und Optimierung von CRM- und Marketingdaten
Organisation & Projektmanagement:
Organisation von Webinaren und Schulungen
Verantwortung für Bestellungen, Angebotsvergleiche und Liefertracking
Steuerung von Terminen, Fristen und Projektplänen
Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen im Marketing
Erstellung von Präsentationen
Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing, Projektmanagement oder einer koordinierenden Rolle
Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke
Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, Marketing-Tools und KI-Anwendungen
Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, Laborumfeld oder anderen regulierten Branchen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
