About us
We are a busy nephrology practice striving to give excellent patient care.
We are in urgent need for a medical assistant willing to multitask. Opening is immediate. Extremely competitive rates based on experience. Prior experience working in medical field and EMR systems preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Pleasant, ability to multitask, ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and patients.
- Assume multiple roles and tasks.
- Leadership qualities to learn and take initiative.
- Quick learning.
- Maintain medical records. Checking vitals, rooming, and update medical records.
- Answer phones to schedule appointments and take messages.
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support experience
- Proficient in EHR systems and medical terminology
- Strong patient service and care skills
- Knowledge of physiology and vital signs monitoring
- Experience in outpatient medicine
