Industry: Real Estate / Construction we are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting (MEPF) works at project sites.

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEPF site execution, contractor coordination, technical drawings, BOQ, quantity estimation, quality inspection, and project coordination within real estate or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute MEPF works at project sites.
• Review MEPF drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and site teams.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify material quality and ensure materials meet project requirements.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEPF systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs.
• Assist with quantity estimation and contractor billing verification.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of MEPF activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP/MEPF site execution.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEPF drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation and contractor billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Understanding of IS codes, safety standards and construction practices.
• Good site coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and project teams.

Pay: ₹327,650.07 - ₹623,289.77 per year
