MPF Customer Relationship Manager - BEA (Trustee) Limited

Responsibilities

• This role will mainly focus on relationship building and maintenance of existing MPF employers and their relevant employees
• Promote MPF service, products and facilities given by BEAT and the eMPF platform
• Provide personalized service with onsite support to existing MPF employers
• Maintain ongoing education to the employers and their employees by conducting seminars and other relevant activities

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer servicing in the banking and financial industry or relevant working experience in MPF customer service preferred
• Passes in the MPF Intermediaries Examination and Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of MS Office
