MPF Service Sales Officer-4 days work

What you'll be doing

• Handle MPF-related inquiries and requests from customers
• Process MPF enrolment, contribution and withdrawal applications
• Provide guidance and support to customers on MPF-related matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Assist with the preparation of MPF-related reports and documents
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an MPF or insurance-related role
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
• Knowledge of MPF regulations and procedures would be an advantage
