MPF Specialist / Trainee (Corporate & Individual)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated MPF Specialist / Trainee to join our team. You will advise individual clients on MPF consolidation and help corporate clients design and manage corporate MPF schemes and employee benefits.

Fresh graduates are warmly welcome. We provide a structured training program and mentorship to guide you toward a successful professional career.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist individual clients with MPF account consolidation, fund portfolio reviews, and personal retirement planning.

 Partner with corporate clients to review, set up, and optimize corporate MPF schemes and employee benefit solutions.

 Deliver MPF briefings, seminars, and personalized consultations for corporate clients and their employees.

 Stay current with MPFA regulations, compliance updates, and market developments.

 Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent ongoing account management.

Requirements:

 Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

 Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is not required.

 Holding or ready to obtain relevant licenses (MPF Intermediary License / IIQE 1, 3, 5). Sponsorship and study leave provided.

 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

 Driven, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about building a financial career.
