What they need
Lead security operations across multiple client sites in Gurugram or Noida: manpower deployment, service quality, client relationships, PSARA/PF/ESI compliance, incident handling, KPIs and team leadership. Reports to the leadership team.
Required Candidate profile
5-10 yrs running security or facility operations across many sites. PSARA, PF and ESI know-how. Keeps clients loyal, teams disciplined. Graduate, MBA a plus. Ex-servicemen especially welcome.
