Job Summary

The Pantry Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and related areas, preparing and serving refreshments, managing pantry supplies, and providing general support to the Housekeeping Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, drinking water, and other refreshments to employees, management, and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, utensils, crockery, and pantry equipment.

• Wash and properly arrange cups, glasses, plates, spoons, and other utensils.

• Monitor pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other consumables.

• Inform the concerned supervisor about shortages or requirements for pantry supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, common areas, and other assigned areas.

• Arrange refreshments and beverages for meetings and official gatherings when required.

• Dispose of food waste properly and maintain proper hygiene standards.

• Follow company housekeeping, hygiene, and safety procedures.

• Assist the Housekeeping team with routine cleaning and other support activities as required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor, Admin Manager, or authorized management personnel.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 8th/10th standard pass preferred.

• Previous experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Boy, Housekeeping Staff, or similar position will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and workplace hygiene.

• Polite, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.

• Good discipline and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Physically fit and capable of performing routine pantry and housekeeping duties.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
