Payroll Management:

Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees.

Validate attendance, leaves, and reimbursements.

Ensure accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS).

Prepare salary statements and payslips.

Manage full and final settlements.

Statutory Compliance:

Ensure timely submission and filing of PF, ESI, PT, and TDS returns.

Handle labor law-related compliance (Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, etc.).

Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and auditors for compliance matters.

Maintain updated records and documents for audits and inspections.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate employee records for payroll, taxation, and compliance.

Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports.

Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and other payroll issues.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Saral, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, or others).

Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Effective communication and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field.Role & responsibilities
