• • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) and end-to-end payroll software or HRMS platforms. • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, TDS rules, and state-specific tax schedules. • Competencies: High attention to detail, strong reconciliation habits, discretion with sensitive compensation data, and effective stakeholder communication. • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Human Resources, typically with 1 to 5 years of hands-on payroll experience. • Salary Range (India): Generally ranges between ₹3–7 LPA for standard roles, scaling higher based on multi-state or multi-entity management complexity.
