Performance Marketing Manager

About the role :- We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max (PMax), Meta Ads, campaign analytics, and conversion optimization , with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max (PMax), Meta Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Set up, manage, and scale Google Performance Max campaigns to drive conversions, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and marketing budgets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall advertising spend.
• Optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience signals, asset groups, search themes, and creative assets to improve campaign performance.
• Manage conversion tracking and measurement using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, headlines, descriptions, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs and profitability.
• Stay updated on Google Ads updates, automation, AI-driven campaign optimization, and digital advertising trends.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Performance Max (PMax).
• Strong understanding of Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube advertising.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, remarketing, and audience targeting.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns against defined KPIs.
• Working knowledge of landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for campaign analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Conversion Rate (CVR)

• Efficient utilization of advertising budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns for e-commerce, D2C, or lead-generation businesses.
• Experience scaling Performance Max campaigns and optimizing product feeds for e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization, where applicable.
• Relevant Google Ads certifications are a plus.
