Pf Executive

PF (Provident Fund) Management*

- Handle employee PF registration and UAN generation/activation.

- Manage PF KYC updates, including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details.

- Process PF-related employee requests and coordinate for UAN linking and corrections.

- Prepare and verify monthly PF contribution data and ECR (Electronic Challan-cum-Return).

- Generate and verify PF challans and coordinate timely payment.

- Assist employees with PF transfer, withdrawal, and claim-related queries.

- Maintain accurate employee-wise PF records and contribution details.

*B. ESIC Compliance*

- Handle employee registration and insurance number generation on the ESIC portal.

- Update employee details and maintain insured-person records.

- Prepare and verify monthly ESIC contribution data.

- Ensure timely generation and payment of ESIC contributions.

- Assist employees with ESIC-related queries, benefits, and documentation.

- Maintain ESIC records and support inspection or compliance-related requirements.

*C. Statutory Compliance & Documentation*

- Maintain PF, ESIC, employee master data, attendance, and payroll-related records.

- Track monthly compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions and payments.

- Assist in maintaining statutory registers, returns, challans, and payment proofs as applicable.

- Coordinate with HR, payroll, accounts, employees, and relevant authorities.

- Support PF/ESIC inspections, audits, notices, and reconciliation activities.

- Keep updated with applicable labour laws, statutory procedures, and compliance requirements.

*D. Computer Operations & MIS*

- Maintain employee data and compliance reports using MS Excel and MS Office.

- Prepare monthly PF/ESIC statements and employee-wise contribution reports.

- Perform data entry, verification, document scanning, filing, and record management.

- Identify discrepancies in employee details or contribution data and coordinate for corrections.

- Maintain digital and physical compliance files with proper confidentiality.

### 3. Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with relevant PF/ESIC experience will be preferred.

- 05 years of experience in PF/ESIC, payroll, HR operations, or computer operations.

- Basic to good knowledge of EPFO and ESIC portals.

- Knowledge of UAN, ECR, PF challans, ESIC contributions, KYC, and employee registration.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and data management.

- Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation skills.

- Ability to maintain compliance trackers and meet deadlines.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

### 4. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates who have worked as a PF Executive, ESIC Executive, Computer Operator, Payroll Assistant, or HR Operations Executive.

- Freshers with basic PF/ESIC knowledge and strong computer skills may also apply.

- Candidates must be willing to learn statutory procedures and handle confidential employee information responsibly.

### 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely PF and ESIC contribution preparation and payment coordination.

- Accuracy of employee data, KYC, and monthly contribution records.

- Timely completion of assigned compliance activities.

- Proper maintenance of statutory documents and digital records.

- Prompt resolution and follow-up of employee PF/ESIC queries.
