Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a liaison between patient/family/provider
• Assist patients with the check-out process
• Create a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service
• Manage a physician’s clinic and surgical schedule
• Maintain patient medical records utilizing EHR
• Perform outreach calls to patients, physicians and nursing facilities
• Proactively assist with general office tasks when necessary to help with daily operations.

• Strong interpersonal, written and phone communication skills
• Demonstrates a high degree of tact, judgement and courtesy when dealing with patients and staff
• Organized with time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Reliable and punctual
• Work autonomously with attention to detail
• Comply with HIPAA guidelines
• Strong knowledge of EHR
