Your tasks

As an intern (m/f/d) in HR Sales & Service, you will support our team from 01.12.2026 for 6 months at our location in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will gain comprehensive insights into operational HR processes, support service-oriented HR topics and actively contribute to the preparation of HR data analyses and reports.

• Active participation in the day-to-day business of HR Sales & Service as well as support for HR Business Partners
• Preparation and preparation of HR reports, key figures and presentations using MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Involvement in optimising internal service and personnel processes
• Handling internal customer inquiries with a high level of service orientation
• Support with administrative tasks and special projects in the human resources sector

Your profile

Are you studying economics, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

• MS Office skills: Experienced use of common applications, in particular profound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• HR data analysis & reporting: Interest in HR figures and pleasure in preparing and analyzing data
• Strong communication skills & service orientation: Enjoyment of direct contact with internal interfaces and a keen sense for customer and service needs
• Initiative & self-employment: A proactive, structured way of working with a high level of motivation to contribute your own ideas
• Ability to work in a team: Distinctive team spirit and enjoyment of working in partnership in the HR environment
• Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills

That rounds off your profile

• First practical experience (e.g. through previous internships or working student jobs) in an HR environment or in customer service
• Basic knowledge of using HR management systems or HR software (e.g. SAP HCM, Workday, Personio)
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis or visualization (e.g. Power BI or advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables)
• Enthusiasm for modern HR trends and digital HR processes
