Job Purpose

Lead the optimization, modification, and implementation of manufacturing processes by coordinating equipment installation projects and driving cost-saving initiatives under EHS, quality, and Lean Manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Equipment Installation: Lead the introduction, evaluation, and installation of new machinery and technologies (Industry 4.0 / metalworking sector), ensuring operational continuity and department KPI achievement.
• Cost Savings & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities across materials, components, and workflows to drive cost-reduction projects using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Process Standardization & Control: Design, document, and update manufacturing standards (flowcharts, time studies, Standard Operation Sheets, and Visual Aids), while managing required tooling across workstations.
• Safety, Quality & Production Support: Actively participate in root cause analyses (8Ds, EHS), support audit resolution (CAPA/Process), and address industrial engineering bottlenecks to prevent line stops.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Metallurgical / Materials, Systems, or Industrial Management Engineering (or related fields).
• Languages: Advanced / Fluent conversational English (mandatory for daily collaboration with US teams).
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering roles.

Technical Skills:

• Project management focused on manufacturing environments.
• Machinery installation, commissioning, and plant layout optimization.
• Execution of cost-reduction initiatives ( Cost Savings / Value Stream Mapping ).
• Lean Manufacturing methodology and problem-solving tools (8Ds, Root Cause Analysis, CAPAs).
• Time studies, line balancing, and process documentation (SOPs / Visual Aids).
