Product Engineer – Flour Milling Industry

📍 Prague, Czech Republic (with global travel) 🕓 Full-time | Permanent contract

What You’ll Do

• Commission single machines and full flour mill plants worldwide
• Manage projects during commissioning and liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Verify mechanical and electrical installations and implement corrective actions
• Start up and run first trial batches in customer facilities
• Adjust processes to meet product quality and quantity specifications
• Train customers on Bühler equipment
• Record commissioning data and share insights to support continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Practical experience in process engineering (ideally in food or feed)
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming or willingness to learn
• Motivation to learn machine commissioning
• Passion for travel – 70%+ of your time will be on-site
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
