Process Quality Engineer (Semiconductor)

• Basic salary up $7000 + AWS + VB + Allowance
• North Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site quality control for semiconductor production processes including wafer testing, wafer dicing and chip visual inspection
• Monitor process quality data and identify process fluctuations using quality tools such as SPC and FMEA
• Investigate production quality abnormalities including dicing chipping, visual defects and test parameter abnormalities
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Track improvement actions and verify effectiveness to reduce process defect rates
• Develop and update quality inspection standards for production processes
• Train operators and inspectors on quality requirements and operating specifications
• Conduct regular process quality reviews and prepare quality reports
• Support new product introduction (NPI), failure analysis and process improvement activities
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of Process Quality Engineering experience in semiconductor or silicon photonics manufacturing
• Experience with wafer dicing, chip testing and visual inspection is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D and 5 Why
• Able to independently conduct process quality analysis and improvement projects
• Good understanding of semiconductor production processes and equipment quality-control points
• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills
