About the Role

EIS Technology Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the delivery of LV switchgear and MCC packages. You will be the link between the customer, the equipment manufacturer and the panel builder, and will help get technical documents approved faster. You will also support the team on other electrical bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between the customer, manufacturer and panel builder on technical, commercial and schedule matters.
• Prepare, submit and track vendor documents (GA drawings, SLDs, datasheets, type-test reports, QA/ITP, MDR) through to approval.
• Follow up on comments, update comment-resolution sheets and escalate delays early.
• Run weekly progress calls, keep minutes and an action log, and maintain a project tracker covering documents, procurement, manufacturing, FAT and delivery.
• Review technical queries, deviations and clarifications for consistency with the offer before they are issued.
• Coordinate factory inspection, FAT and delivery with the panel builder and manufacturer.
• Flag variations and cost-impact items early to the Business Unit Director.
• Support other bids by reviewing RFQs and material requisitions, building compliance matrices, collecting vendor inputs and drafting technical query responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in electrical or panel manufacturing, with LV switchgear/MCC exposure.
• Experience with vendor-document approval on EPC, ADNOC or consultant-led projects.
• Working knowledge of IEC 61439, IEC 60947 and ADNOC/EPC vendor-document practice.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong technical writing skills for client comment responses.
• Strong skills in Excel, MS Office and document-control tools, and able to work independently across multiple parties.

Preferred

• ADNOC vendor-project experience
• Knowledge of type-tested switchgear systems
• Arabic language skills
• ISO 9001 documentation experience
• Valid UAE driving licence
