We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Project Manager/ Engineering Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for E&M, LED Display Wall, Smart Infrastructure, and related engineering projects from tendering to final handover.
• Oversee project planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, safety, contractual obligations, and statutory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the authorities.
• Coordinate all stakeholders throughout project execution to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively resolving technical, operational, and commercial issues.
• Review and approve project documentation, technical submissions, progress reports, site records, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to achieve successful project outcomes.

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Plan manpower deployment and resource allocation to maximize project performance and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, training, and capability development to strengthen and expand the engineering team.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-oriented working culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery and engineering operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering discipline, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in engineering, E&M, building services, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Proven track record in managing E&M systems, LED Display Systems, Control Rooms, AV/ICT Infrastructure, Smart Building, or similar engineering projects.
• Experience in tendering, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in transportation, airport, public utility, government, control room, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong statutory requirements, safety regulations, and project delivery practices is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to manage customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams effectively.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
