- Bauablauf- und Baustellenergebniskontrolle
- Personal-, Geräte- und Materialdisposition
- Erstellung und Pflege der Angebots- und Arbeitskalkulation
- Nachtragsgestaltung und -verhandlung
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen (FH/TU) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office und versierter Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen (idealerweise RIB iTWO)
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
