• Customer RFQ analysis and proposal development
• Create and modify layouts
• Clarify technical and commercial issues with customer’s technical and purchasing engineers
• Coordination of proposal team (design and electric) inside the company
• General sales Activities Primary responsibilities:
• Analysis the specification from the customer
• Prepare process flow charts, functional diagrams, cycle time analysis, equipment description and layouts for powertrain business.
• Develop and modify layouts
• FMEA and MTM analysis
• Prepare inquiries for sub-supplier / check and judge quotations of sub-supplier
• Calculate quotation prices with support from project departments
• Prepare customer-focused proposals
• Prepare bidding documents and proposal presentations for customers
• Support sales customer visit planning and collaborate with the Sales team to negotiate with customers
• Coordinate the quoting team (including sales, project management, design and electrical departments) for large-scale projects
• Build relationships with customers and identify the customer’s decision-making hierarchy for quoting projects
• Assist the department leader in defining sales strategies for quoting projects
• Report quoting status
• Track project-based changes
• Support Project Management or handle minor projects independently Knowledge & skill requirements:
• Degree as Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor or higher)
• Software skills: AutoCAD, UG/ Catia/SolidWorks, MS-Office products
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Result oriented
