Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Procure electrical items including switchgear, wires, cables, connectors, terminals, MCBs, contactors, SMPS and other electrical components.
• Procure mechanical items including sheet metal, hardware, fasteners, enclosures and fabricated parts.
• Coordinate with vendors for MS panel fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, machining and other outsourced jobs.
• Source and develop new vendors and alternate suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores and Quality teams for material requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Resolve vendor quality, shortage and delivery issues.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and alternate sources.
• Maintain purchase records and ERP updates.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
• Strong vendor negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good Excel and ERP knowledge; Odoo experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
