QA Engineer

Job Description

• Plan and monitor quality inspection processes to meet production requirements.
• Analyze quality problems and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Investigate Customer Claims, Market Claims, and Cut-Open issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct FMEA and use data analysis to prevent potential quality problems.
• Conduct In-house Audit and monitor corrective actions.
• Support New Model development and quality activities.
• Prepare and control Work Instructions (WI) for production processes.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Prepare monthly QA reports and Action Plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. 3–5 years of experience in Quality/QA or related fields.
3. Knowledge of QC 7 Tools, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, and ISO 9001/14001.
4. Good English communication skills (TOEIC Score 400 up is required)
5. Able to use Microsoft Office and read technical drawings; AutoCAD is a plus.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
