QA Engineer (Production Quality)

Responsibilities:

• Participate as an active member of operation core team (AMC) to drive continuous improvement and problem solving
• Analyze non-conformance parts and rejection trend for continuous improvement actions with cross functional team members
• Handling and analyzing non-conformance parts, coordinate containment action and risk assessment to avoid quality spill
• Update control plan and ensure quality planning documentation is always updated
• Lead cross functional team to adopt 8D methodology to solve problem
• Responsible for COP sampling plan and manage compliance to customer/regulatory requirements
• Responsible for annual Product Audit plan and implementation
• Responsible for manufacturing process release activities during trial production or engineering changes
• Actively involve in PFMEA Go, See & Fix and MSA activities
• Participate and promote Yokoten activity to ensure effective implementation of lesson learned

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing preferred) or related discipline
• Preferably  min 3 years experience in automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and AIAG Core Tools
• Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including SPC, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in interpretation of customer requirements and engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
