About the Role

• Reception 5 days in office, NO WFH
• Working hrs 8am – 6pm

Responsibilities

• Greet/welcome clients/attorneys/staff and visitors – Face of the Firm
• Check voicemail from night before
• Heavy phone volume - Anwer and direct incoming calls
• Notify employees when visitors arrive
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area
• Coordinate visitors sign in & security building access
• Assist w/ firm functions/staff events
• Assist clients/visitors with questions/direct them to the appropriate person
• Order food/catering for all meetings – coordinate with hospitality
• End of Day, close out reception – night phone on

Responsibilities - Inventory

• Receiving and unpacking all daily deliveries
• Dating & organizing supplies upon arrival (FIFO method)
• Assisting with compiling her weekly order list
• Monthly full inventory of all departments (snack room, hosp. supplies, and coffee room)
• Monthly pantry clear out of exp. coffee, tea, and creamers
