- Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die Betreuung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses
- Dabei sind Sie für die Bedarfserhebung, die Erstellung und Schaltung von Stellenanzeigen sowie die Steuerung des Auswahlprozesses verantwortlich
- Sie führen Telefoninterviews zur Vorqualifizierung von Bewerbern und erstellen Qualifikationsprofile
- Die aktive Bewerbersuche fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
- Wir bieten Ihnen Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten und Erfolgsbeteiligung
Qualifikation:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium
- Idealerweise können Sie erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting nachweisen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
- Sie sind kommunikativ und haben Freude an der Arbeit im Team
