What they need
Das La Petite Cave...de Jeannette ist ein von Kennern und Gourmets über Essen hinaus beliebtes, familiengeführtes kleines Restaurant, das nur mit Reservierung besucht wird.
Wöchentlich wechselndes, individuelles Speisenangebot mit Anspruch.
Wir bieten eine 4 Tage Woche (Mittwoch- - Samstagabend) zu insgesamt 25 Stunden an.
Aufgaben
Sie sind Gastgeber und nehmen sich den Gästen an. Telefonisch wie auch persönlich.
Begrüßung, platzieren der Gäste, den Gästen eine angenehme Athmosphäre bereiten, Empfehlen, Getränke zubereiten usw.
Natürlich auch Mise en place und den üblichen Aufgaben, die im Vorfeld anfallen.
Qualifikation
Mindestens Abschluß als Restaurantfachfrau/-mann. Gerne mit Erfahrung.
Getränkekenntnisse auch in Wein.
Mindestens Kenntnisse in English
