Das Hotel Gabl in St. Anton am Arlberg sucht Verstärkung für das Team! Wenn Sie gastfreundlich sind, gerne den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten und die Abläufe an der Rezeption souverän managen möchten, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Professioneller Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste
- Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Zimmerreservierungen
- Erledigung anfallender Korrespondenz und administrativer Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption im Hotelbereich von Vorteil
- Voraussetzung: Kenntnisse der Hotelsoftware Casablanca
- Voraussetzung: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen)
- Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
