RF Hardware Engineer (m/w/d)

Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Hardware und Hochfrequenztechnik . In dieser Position entwickeln und optimieren Sie anspruchsvolle Hochfrequenzschaltungen und Kommunikationsmodule und begleiten die Hardwareentwicklung von der Simulation über das PCB-Design bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme und Validierung.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Development and optimization of RF circuits and communication modules
• Performing RF simulations using tools such as CST, HFSS, or ADS
• Creation and maintenance of schematics, considering electrical and RF requirements
• Development and optimization of PCB layouts for RF applications, with a focus on impedance matching, signal routing, and EMC-compliant design
• Conducting and documenting PCB and layout reviews
• Commissioning of systems and assemblies, including measurements, testing, and troubleshooting
• Coordination of technical requirements with related development departments and external partners
• Preparation and maintenance of technical development documentation
• Collaboration within an interdisciplinary product and development team

Profil

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field, ideally a Master's degree or equivalent
• Professional experience in the hardware development of complex systems and assemblies, preferably in an RF environment
• Very good understanding of RF engineering and power electronics
• Experience in the simulation, design, and optimization of RF circuits
• Knowledge of creating schematics, block diagrams, and PCB layouts
• Experience with RF simulation tools, ideally CST, HFSS, and/or ADS
• Experience in commissioning, measurement techniques, testing, and troubleshooting
• Very good English skills
