What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement EHS policies, SOPs, safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Conduct HIRA, Risk Assessments, Safety Inspections, Audits and CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Fire Safety and statutory EHS requirements.
- Investigate accidents/near misses and conduct RCA & corrective actions.
- Manage Emergency Preparedness, Fire Safety, Mock Drills, PPE and First Aid.
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Talks and EHS Training.
- Monitor contractor safety and PTW compliance.
- Manage CTE, CTO, OCMMS and Hazardous Waste compliance.
- Support ISO 14001/45001, environmental audits, ESG and GHG reporting.
- Ensure REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Packaging and Chemical Compliance.
- Maintain SDS, statutory records, EHS reports and compliance documentation.
