Sales Manager - Consumer Durable Loan

Principal Accountabilities

• Identify, hire and train FOS.
• Help in dealer identification and onboarding.
• Engaging with dealers and brand promoters /ISDs to create and maintain visibility of PFL EMI options on stores.
• Promote PFL as preferred CD financer in the store/market assigned.
• Managing dealer and brand promoter /ISD relationships to drive targeted finance penetration.
• Gather pertinent insights on competition, monthly sales of dealer, and market trends by visiting dealers regularly.
• Fulfilling customer needs of Cross sell of VAS (EW/Insurance/EMI card) Lending product (STPL) and Gold Loan.
• Manage Non-starter collections of assigned geography.
• Assist dealer/partner in recon activity, portfolio management, trade advance and interest-bearing trade advance recon.
• Be self-starter and self-motivated.
• Exhibit ownership, punctuality, and integrity as key attributes for the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate and above,Post-graduate
