Senior Executive MEPF

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEPF professional to oversee building services execution, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure quality, safety and timely completion of MEPF works across residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. MEPF Design & Coordination

• Review engineering drawings and MEPF layouts to ensure compliance with applicable codes, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural and interior teams for smooth integration of building services.

2. Site Execution & Project Monitoring

• Supervise on-site installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

3. Contractor & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and completion of site activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is executed as per project schedules and specifications.

4. Inspection & Documentation

• Oversee system inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
• Maintain updated project documentation, including as-built drawings, inspection records and test reports.

Project Exposure

Experience in one or more of the following project types:

• High-rise residential and commercial buildings, preferably 8 floors and above.
• Residential bungalows, luxury villas and resort developments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of MEPF systems and building services.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word and ERP systems.
• Good project coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, technical accuracy and timely project execution.
