Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR & Administration Manager with strong expertise in the construction and infrastructure sector. You will manage end-to-end HR, site-level labor compliance, general administration, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• HR & Labor Compliance: Drive hiring for construction roles, manage payroll, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws and BOCW acts.
• Site & Office Administration: Oversee daily admin operations, facility management, and asset tracking across offices and project sites in Nagpur.
• Employee Relations: Handle workforce grievances, contractor relations, and maintain a safe, disciplined work environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR & Admin experience with a mandatory background in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labor regulations.
• Must be an immediate joiner or available on a very short notice.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
