Wir suchen einen Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d), der hochwertige Softwarelösungen für unsere Infor Varial Payroll-Lösung konzipiert, entwickelt und bereitstellt. Als wichtiges Mitglied unseres agilen Engineering-Teams treiben Sie technische Exzellenz voran, unterstützen und begleiten weniger erfahrene Entwickler:innen und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung unserer Infor Varial Payroll-Anwendung aktiv mit.

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

• Sie übernehmen eine führende Rolle bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung unserer Infor Varial Payroll-Lösung.
• Sie stellen eine gesetzeskonforme, zuverlässige und kontinuierlich aktualisierte Entgeltabrechnung sicher, die den komplexen Anforderungen des deutschen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrechts entspricht.
• Sie wirken an einer integrierten Lösung mit, die Entgeltabrechnung, Personaladministration, Employee Self-Service und digitales Personalmanagement miteinander verbindet.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit Product Management, UX Design und Quality Assurance zusammen, um geschäftskritische Funktionen zu entwickeln und bereitzustellen.
• Sie schreiben sauberen, effizienten und wartbaren Code gemäß unseren Varial Best Practices.
• Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an Code Reviews, Architekturentscheidungen und der Planung der technischen Roadmap.
• Sie treiben Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Performance, Zuverlässigkeit und Skalierbarkeit unserer Software voran.
• Sie verfolgen aktuelle und neue Technologien und bewerten deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten für unsere Lösungen.
• Sie leben die Infor-Werte Geschwindigkeit, Innovation und Zusammenarbeit im Arbeitsalltag.

Anforderungen:

• Erfahrung mit den gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen der deutschen Entgeltabrechnung.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Payroll-, HR- oder anderen geschäftskritischen Enterprise-Anwendungen.
• Verständnis der deutschen Entgeltabrechnungsprozesse, einschließlich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, steuerrechtlicher Vorgaben, Sozialversicherungsanforderungen und gesetzlicher Meldepflichten.
• Kenntnisse der deutschen Melde- und elektronischen Kommunikationsverfahren im Payroll-Umfeld, einschließlich des regulatorischen Datenaustauschs mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Finanzbehörden und anderen öffentlichen Stellen.
• Erfahrung mit für unseren Technologie-Stack relevanten Programmiersprachen und Technologien, beispielsweise Java, Vaadin, C++ und SQL.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und in der Konzeption von Business-Anwendungen.
• Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden sowie CI/CD-Praktiken.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen:

• Erfahrung mit DevOps-Toolchains und DevOps-Praktiken.
• Erfahrung im Mentoring, Coaching und in der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von Softwareentwickler:innen.
