- Substantial proven experience in a safety role within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, processing or another high-risk operational environment
- Ideal role for someone to step into their first EHS Manager position or further develop your leadership capability
- A strong relationship builder who influences through coaching
- Comfortable working closely with frontline employees and operational leaders
- Practical understanding of risk management, incident investigation and injury management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive change and build trust across all levels of the business
Why This Role?
