Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Objektleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Selbstständige Abwicklung von kleineren Projekten
- Auftragsabwicklung von Angebotserstellung zur Rechnungsprüfung sowie Bestellwesen
- Klassifizierung/Priorisierung der Störungsmeldungen im CAFM-System
- Zuordnung der eingehenden Tickets an das Techniker:innen-Team sowie Verbuchung der fertiggestellten Tickets
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Durchführung von vereinbarten Dienstleistungen
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene HTL Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse und Affinität zu digitalen Systemen
- Kenntnisse von Microsoft Dynamics oder CAFM - Systemen von Vorteil
- Gewissenhafte, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationstalent
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
