Role & responsibilities
Lead Vehicle Integration & Development from concept/layout to SOP
- Drive vehicle benchmarking, targets, specifications & gate reviews
- Lead DV/PV, design reviews, prototype & pilot builds
- Resolve DFA/DFS/DFM, quality, durability & NVH issues
- Drive VAVE, cost targets and multiple projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
