Reliability Engineer
Experience: 5-12 Years
Location: Chennai / Vadodara
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize maintenance strategies using RCM methodologies.
- Conduct equipment criticality assessments.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
- Implement reliability improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, Availability, and OEE.
- Conduct FMEA and risk-based maintenance studies.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability enhancement projects.
