Role Description The Welder role at 1PF technokonzep energy is a full-time, on-site position based in Naga. The Welder is responsible for performing various welding operations, including preparing workpieces, setting up welding equipment, and following technical drawings or specifications. Typical tasks include cutting, fitting, and joining metal components, inspecting welds for quality and safety, and performing basic maintenance on tools and equipment. The role also involves working closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong welding skills, including Arc Welding and general Welding techniques.
• Candidates should possess specialized welding skills such as TIG Welding and MIG Welding for different applications.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials used in welding, including properties, compatibility, and proper handling.
• Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Candidates should possess a commitment to safety practices, including use of PPE and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Candidates should possess good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Relevant vocational training, certification in welding, or equivalent on-the-job experience is beneficial.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or energy-related projects is an advantage.
