Wireless Network Engineer L2

Role: Network Management L2 – Wireless & Routing Switching

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching
• Hands-on with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Cisco Prime
• Experience in Wi-Fi troubleshooting & Wireless Infrastructure
• Good understanding of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QoS
• Experience with Catalyst switches, ASR/ISR routers
• Knowledge of network monitoring, incident & change management
• Exposure to Cisco ISE (good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day network operations & ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues and provide end-to-end resolution
• Perform configuration, upgrades, patching, and backup management
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth, and capacity
• Handle incidents, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and guide L1 engineers

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/BE or equivalent
• Certifications like CCNA / CCNP (preferred)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
