WSH Officer

Responsibilities

Analyse EHS performance data and drive day-to-day EHS initiatives.

Maintain and improve workplace EHS standards, practices, and compliance with applicable legislation.

Prepare regular EHS reports and maintain EHS Management System documentation.

Conduct EHS audits and incident investigations where required.

Promote EHS awareness and conduct training for stakeholders.

Perform statutory duties as a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).

Requirements

Registered WSHO with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).

Minimum 2 years of WSHO experience in Singapore, with prior experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects.

Good knowledge of EHS management systems and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and bizSAFE.

Willing to work night shifts and occasionally on public holidays.

Strong communication and written skills, with initiative and a proactive approach to process improvement.

A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to EHS excellence.
