What they need
Travel agency in Chalandri, Athens is looking for 1 full-time employee, to fill positions in the Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle new reservation requests
- Update itineraries with reservation details
- Communicating with customers
- Monitor statements
- Handle several accounts and their projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from ΙΕΚ / ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ under Tourism
- Excellent Command of MS Office
- Proficient use of English language
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and ability to handle changes
- Team player and multitasking
- Work experience in Tourism Industry will be an asset
