What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support reliable plant operations.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Follow all safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures while maintaining accurate work records.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safe work procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $24.23 to $29.10 per hour.
• Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
