What they need
| 1. | Provides protection of life and property; actively, thoroughly, and unpredictably patrols the greater campus area on foot and by vehicle. |
| 2. | Detects and reports violations of local, state, and federal law and violations of health system policy in a timely manner; actively monitors compliance and enforces parking control policy. |
| 3. | Handles morgue access and morgue related activities, including required recordkeeping and some interaction with families/next of kin, funeral homes, and the coroner’s office. |
| 4. | Maintains lost and found items, valuables handling and storage, and issues/collects hospital keys to/from authorized persons. |
| 5. | Responds to and actively participates in crisis intervention situations. |
| 6. | Implements directives from the Public Safety Officer and Department Manager. |
| 7. | Performs report writing and light clerical duties. |
| 8. | Completes other duties as assigned. |
