Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cabinetry Draftsperson to join our team and provide dedicated drafting support for an Australian cabinet-making business. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate cabinetry shop drawings using Mozaik/Cadmate, working from job information, measurements, and specifications provided by the client.

This is a dedicated role, with the opportunity to become an integral part of the client's drafting workflow while working from the Resource Staffing Solutions office in Clark, Pampanga.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting

• Produce and amend cabinetry shop drawings using Mozaik/Cadmate.
• Work accurately from job specifications, measurements, and project information.
• Ensure drawings follow established drafting standards, conventions, and detailing requirements.
• Complete drawings within agreed timelines and proactively flag potential delays.
• Review briefs carefully and clarify any incomplete or ambiguous information before proceeding.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple cabinetry projects.

Confidentiality & Document Handling

• Work exclusively within designated client folders and systems.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of drawings, materials, and client information.
• Follow established office security and information-handling procedures.

Potential Scope Extension

• Provide estimating or quantity take-off support where required and agreed, particularly during periods when drafting workload is lower.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in cabinetry or joinery drafting.
• Proficiency in Mozaik, Cadmate, or similar cabinetry drafting software.
• Ability to accurately interpret job specifications, measurements, and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently once project requirements are clear.
• Previous experience supporting Australian cabinetry or joinery projects is highly desirable.
• Estimating or quantity take-off experience is an advantage.
• Experience working remotely with Australian clients is highly regarded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 per month
