- 持有大學物理治療學位，或以上學歷
- 持有由香港物理治療師管理委員會發出之第1a或1b部份註冊證及有效之執業證書
- 具備服務院舍經驗；具服務殘疾人士/精神復元人士經驗優先
- 主要為院舍的殘疾人士提供外展物理治療服務、輔助工具建議、舉辦照顧者講座、協助院舍職員培訓等
- 具備良好溝通和人際關係技巧、應變能力及跨專業團隊合作精神優先
- 每週工作26.4小時(3天)，荃葵青區工作
