Role: Tech Lead

Location: CBD area

Essential Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java

• Deep proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework ecosystem

• Hands-on experience with build tools such as Maven - Strong knowledge of JUnit/Mockito and test-driven development practices

• Solid understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and PostgreSQL database design and optimization

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows

• Experience with Docker containerization and deployment

• Strong Linux administration skills and shell scripting capabilities

• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation

• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers and leading technical teams

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern cloud-native technologies
• Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance on system design, coding standards, and development best practices
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and performance standards
  Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices, automating build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the team
  Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
